MY DEVELOPMENT
What has shaped me
I have been interested in psychology since my youth. I read biographies of famous personalities and practiced personal development. A friend once told me that I had a gift for motivating others. Building on this, I gradually moved step by step into the role I hold today.
After studying business administration, I earned a doctorate on the topic of resilience. Parallel to my work as a manager, I completed a coaching training in 2018. Afterwards, I expanded my work as a trainer and coach, began a second degree in psychology, and worked in a psychiatric department at Charité Berlin.
In 2021, I became the mother of a wonderful, courageous daughter. During this time, I founded the Smart Mama community and obtained my license as a practitioner for psychotherapy.
Today, I work as a coach and therapist with clients from German-speaking and international contexts, as well as a university lecturer and management trainer for medium-sized and large companies.
