who we are
smart mama is a community of wonderful women who have invested time and effort in their education and professional careers. we are artists, teachers, doctors, lawyers, managers, entrepreneurs, psychologists, biologists, and women from many other fields – and we are always open to welcoming members with diverse backgrounds.
we support one another in developing and realizing our visions – with or without a partner, with one child or several. in our sessions, we foster a culture of tolerance, trust, and mutual empowerment.
all group sessions are guided group coachings. our approach is grounded in theories and practices of positive psychology and enriched by coaching methods, made possible through trained coaches.

our global groups are moderated online coaching groups. these groups offer location-independent inspiration and knowledge exchange. you can participate from wherever you are – with or whithout children.
