"In her speech at our 10th anniversary, Dr. Di Bella talked about the new work developments and presented methods of how a company can react to it. The audience was delighted - and we were as well: Thanks to her interactive idea session, we received more than 100 fresh ideas for our products."

About
My name is Jessica Di Bella, I am German-Italian and an expert in innovation and entrepreneurship. Since 2005, I am working as a trainer, consultant and coach. Since 2008, I am teaching at national and international universities and business schools.
My work is strongly influenced by my doctorate at the University of Mannheim, my research term at Stanford University in Silicon Valley and my coaching education at the renowned Dr. Bock Coaching Academy in Berlin. With innovative methods I support companies and individuals in thinking out-of-the-box, developing their entrepreneurial self and designing and implementing strategies for a successful future.
Topics that inspire me are digital innovation, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in established companies, #newwork and the Generations Y and Z. The more, I am a big fan of innovative education and personality development - both fields in which I have extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
In my private life, I love traveling and discovering the world! I am excited about literature, arts and philosophy. I enjoy small arthouse cinemas, Jazz clubs and opera houses a lot. To keep me fit, I swim several times a week, do Yoga more or less regularly and dance Tango Argentino. In the winter, you can be sure to meet me on skis in the mountains.
